Have you encountered any correction or mistake found in Ration Card? It's possible rectifying data we found wrong in the ration card. Civil Supplies Department of Kerala Govt. provisioned making correction or modification in the ration cards. The form given here has to be downloaded, printed and filled-in and submitted to concerned TSO / CRO along with supporting documents as attachments.
You have to be very careful about the correction data entered in the tables given. If something found illegal in the verification process, your status of the ration card may be changed or even canceled your card.
Another interesting point I have seen in the declaration section of the Ration Card Correction form is unconditional consent to pass on all data given in the form to any other Government uses!!
