OUR CHARGING METHOD

The Professional Charges are either on case-to-case basis or on lump sum basis or hour to hour basis or on retainer, depending on the matter and as agreed before commencement of a matter. Our rates are depending on the complexity of the matter and area of practice, while disbursements are computed on actual. Prior to commencement of any work, the applicable Professional Charges are notified and confirmed with client for the given matter, which will apply until closure of the file.
RETAINER SHIP

Our Firm accepts retainer ship from clients or being empanelled as a local or overseas, law firm or otherwise. The Professional Charges for retainer ship are agreed before accepting the new matter. Professional charges for retaining the law firm for all or selected matters concerning Indian law, for litigation, non-litigation and arbitration: per month fixed with a minimum of 12 months retainer + All Disbursement are computed on actual.
Clients may empanel our Firm as their attorney on terms that may be mutually agreed.
